The Ougan Group has successfully provided a Super Cell load test to the maximum pile capacity for the Langqin building project in Changsha, China. 
This project is located in the Yuhua District of Changsha City in Hunan Province. The building will sit on a total area of approximately 20,000 square meters and consist of two main blocks. Included will be a three-story shopping mall and three levels of underground parking with 833 parking spaces.
 
This particular test was the first civil building bi-directional load test performed in Changsha City and as such, great importance was given to selecting the right partners to perform the perfect test for this project.  After many rounds of submittals, The Ougan Group with The Super Cell was selected to provide the testing method and materials. Both the testing company and The Provincial Construction Quality Supervision Dept were on hand to supervise the test and verify the results provided by The Super Cell. 
 
After this successful partnership and the successful testing, The Super Cell bi-directional load test is now the preferred pile testing method for Changsha City.
