On 5th August 2018, the review meeting of the outline of “Technical Regulations for the load testing of offshore wind power engineering foundation piles” was held successfully in Hangzhou. As the exclusively invited enterprise of load cell manufacturer, Ougan Group participated in this meeting and the compilation of the Regulation with the other 13 organizations.
 

This is another Regulation that Ougan Group participated in compiling, since the Bi-directional static load test regulations of Guangxi, Shandong, Gansu, Guizhou, Tianjin, Yunnan and other provinces.
 

At the meeting, expert representatives from the institution of wind power plant engineering design, construction, testing and academic research discussed the outline and chapter structure of the regulation one by one. 
 

The compiling personnel will revise the chapters on the advice during the meeting and will start writing the content of their respective chapters. Once completed, the Technical Regulations will be the reference standard for the foundation pile load testing of offshore wind power engineering in the future. Being able to participate in the formulation and compilation of this kind of regulation is the recognition of Ougan Super Cell in the bi-directional static load test industry, and also the embodiment of Ougan's leading position in the industry.
